As a member of the former Stelco Credit Union since 1975, I have had a long standing interest in the

Credit Union movement. The core values of FirstOntario Credit Union, in my mind, have stood the test of time. As with many financial institutions, FirstOntario has had to become agile, competitive and has developed strong strategies to consolidate and acquire business and most importantly, to grow. As I am now retired, my goal is to contribute, learn and work as a member of the Board of Directors to keep the vision going and to move FirstOntario forward in the financial services industry.

What can you specifically contribute to the Board?

• Financial service experience of 40 years at various levels
• I have the ability to dedicate the time required to be an active, valuable member of the Board
• Small business and risk management career experience strategies
• Board of Directors experience with a not for profit organization
